I dont think there is such day care facility provided by your company. If she is a key resource try to convince her saying company does not take care of this and if she wants you can hlep her by coordinating in finding a day care centre near by in personal interest.
Some times we need to be bit hard and sensible while dealing these situations. so handle this in a smooth way. Try to convince her in this regard, else have a word with management or your superior about this situation and see wether u can reimburse some partial amount of expenses incurred by employee for the day care, but it should be for limited period, so that she will be convinced.
