Talent search specialist Kenexa has acquired Munich-based HRC Human Resources Consulting for an undisclosed fee. HRC Human Resources Consulting is a consultancy supplying business-oriented employee surveys in German-speaking countries. The acquisition will enable Kenexa to accelerate its growth in Europe and to boost its proprietary content for its current survey and performance management offering.
