Assitant Admin Manager
Should not be from FMCG background. Supervises and coordinates the work of the Admin team at the center to ensure smooth flow of processes and to provide constant support to various business groups. Leads the Admin team. Provides them with constant support and guidance. Plans and assists in their career development. Conducts performance appraisals for the Admin team. Ensures availability of comparative statements to enable better decision making with regards to vendors. Prepares the departmental budget and common costs. Interacts with the finance team on budget variance and forecasting. Assists the finance department on securing, financing and leasing of capital goods. Coordinates with the Operations on future facility expansion to meet business goals. Ensures, interacts and manages future fit out expansion with contractors/ architects.
