PR and Communications Officer - Dubai Duties and Responsibilities: Daily follow-up with the advertising agency. Monitors communications on different channels on a regular basis to ensure consistency and synergy across (internally and externally). Helps build strong brand values that answers marketing objectives. Coordinate closely with the officers in each of the marketing dept/ new business development/ product managers on budget, marketing calendar, activities, Regular mystery shopper exercise to the competition. Assists in planning public relations programs inline with the marketing/ communication calendar. Helps in monitoring and supervising quantitative and qualitative communication-brand led research for CBI. Daily updates on the work-in-progress to PR and Communications manager. Ability to write briefs for agencies. Remote supervision on different branches across the UAE. Knowledge and experience: Ability to deal with advertising agencies and write briefs. Knowledge on all advertising-related aspects. Minimum 2 years experience in an advertising agency- strategic planning/ client servicing side. Mandatory: Work experience in the UAE is a plus. Arabic/ English is mandatory. Preferably male. Working on financial clients is a plus but not necessary. Can start work immediately. Knowledge on excel/ power point/ word is a MUST.
