Development/ Automation Manager
The Development Manager delivers new products or enhances existing products according to the defined road map Influence technical direction of the product Ensuring design patterns, coding standards and development methodologies are adhered to. Planning product releases, with senior team members' inputs, including identification of detail tasks and resource requirements for each major deliverable. Providing leadership in the project as well as facilitating and enhancing problem- solving and troubleshooting initiatives Managing, coaching and supporting individual development team members for employee development plans and performance expectations. Making recommendations to improve development and/or automation processesDesired Candidate ProfileQualification: Post Graduation- MCA/PGDCA, ME/M.Tech/Graduates.10+ years total experience with at least 3 years of project And people management experience.Proven experience with Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies. Experience building products for a software vendor. Understanding designs using UML And RUP techniques.Experience with OOA /OOD.Development background (C /C++, Java, Unix skills).
