Business Development Manager
The AIM Business Development Representative (BDR) for India holds responsibility for recruiting and maintaining alliances to Global System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors and other kinds of Business Partners. This sales oriented role has responsibility for recruiting of partners to enrich the SWG Industry Solutions with partner content also carries a sales target on SWG revenue influenced directly by partners. The tasks include. Joint definition of a solution business case based on the capabilities of the AIM portfolio, industry value propositions and the partner's assets and services, Recruiting of committed partners for a go-to-market plan focusing on pipeline generation and software revenue for the Web sphere brand, Planning and managing a technical ennoblement plan for the partner (in cooperation with Software Sales Reps, S and D, and other technical resources like the BPTE team or the SWITs). Pipeline and opportunity management in coordination with S and D and SWG direct sales teams. The role includes coordination of internal resources as well as managing relationships with technically and business result oriented clientele. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Graduate of 16 years/B.Tech/MCA/PGDCA/ ME/M.Tect. 10-13 Years of relevant experience in Business Development Manager. Experience in the cooperation with ISVs and global system integrators. (Preferred but not compulsory) Experience in the cooperation with the SWG Influencer sales channel teams and the Sales and Distribution teams.
