Requirements:

Proactive and vigorous in pursuing his ambition and career goal
Great Enthusiasm to work in a Team
Must be very flexible and ready to adapt changes frequently
Excellent communication skills in English / Gujarati
Good Presentation Skills
Excellent skills in MS office (Particularly in Excel) and internet
Outgoing Interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR concepts
Ready to work in late nights if required
PG Diploma or MBA in HR
Only Male candidate preferred

Resonsibilities:
• To work closely with HR Manager to support all HR activities and to Compile statistical data and creates/prepares reports and analysis using the existing systems and records.
• Develops reviews and maintains appropriate employment records and systems and administers workforce planning strategy
• Responsible for new joinee on-boarding process & associate separations process
• Personal files and Records Management
• Coordination for Employee Relations and Engagement activities
