Designation : Unit Manager(Insurance)Location : Mumbai,Pune,AhmedabadExperience : 1-3 Years (Preferably Financial/ Broking Industry,Insurance Industry)Qualification : Graduate / MBA / IRDAJob Description : Division : IIIRMSL Departmen : Insurance Location : Mumbai (Pan India) Overall Purpose 1 Accountable for recruiting, training, retaining and developing a sales team, managing and reviewing their performance and meeting his targets through them within IIIRMSL. Reporting Relationship2 Administrative Reporting: Branch Manager3 Functional Reporting: Manager - Insurance Liases With4 Internal Relationships: Manager Insurance, Branch Manager, Relationship Officer, Relationship Manager, Tellecallers5 External Relationships: HNI/Retail Clients/Corporate clients Accountabilities(I) (Primary / Critical)6 To recruit and induct a team of Relationship Officer/ Manager/Tellecallers/Customer Service Executives who are responsible for client acquisition of HNIRetail/Corporate clients7 To impart product/ technical and behavioral training to his sales team 8 To Motivate and Retain his sales team on an ongoing basis9 To control and reduce the attrition levels of his sales team10 To manage his team and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis11 To plan and organize work among his team members12 To exhibit emotional maturity in conflict resolution among the team members13 To ensure strict adherences to compliance of KYC (Know Your Customer) norms14 To generate leads/referrals for clients and hand it over to his team15 Assist his team for corporate presentations, relationship management, sales pitch, lead generation16 To ensure desired performance from the team as a whole and ensure consistent performance from each of his team member (achievement of pre-defined goals and performance standards within a specified time-frame)17 To manage various aspects of promotional campaigns from costing to the lead generation for sourcing new clients(II) Other accountabilities1 Resolving the grievances / queries of his team (Telle-callers, Relationship officers, customer service)18 Continuous updation of the team and individual MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Key Competencies(I) Critical Business19 Should have the required domain knowledge about the Insurance Industry20 Should have the knowledge about the required segment / focus group which they would pitch for client generation Desirable Business21 Should have the required knowledge about the competitors strategies (Preferably)22 Should be abrest with the various innovations / changes in the insurance industry as it would aid them to sell the product to the client (II) Critical Behavioral 23 Leadership Ability24 Team Building Skills25 Domain Knowledge Desirable Behavioral1 Crisis Management26 Multi Tasking27 Communication AbilityKey Skills : Leadership Ability,Team Building Skills,Domain Knowledge,Communication AbilityContact Person : JanviContact no. : 022-28701323Email ID :
