Handling a Team of members that essentially deals with outbond Sales calls, maintaining Team's call Quality, and adherence. Focusing on Target's set by the organization, motivating and guiding the Team members to achieve their Individual targets. Responding to the escalated cases to the business and providing solutions. Generating reports for the business and preparing the MISCreating reports of Team members on various factors like call handling time, quality etc., Maintaining Various Reports of the Customers for different types of analysis. Coordinating with Operations for the closure of cases and escala ting the cases to various higher officials for the early closure.
