RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with BIM, Business Finance and Business Leaders to understand and define long-term data requirements. Develop and maintain the WB logical data model including group data standards ensuring coverage, coherency and compactness. Collaborate with Data Sourcing, System Development, CIO, and IMGC to ensure the embedding of the logical data model and group data standards within WB. Collaborate with Data Quality to assist in the monitoring of adherence to group data standards. Recruit and sustain a data architecture centre of excellence. Participate in relevant international standards organisations Estimated team size of 10 people REQUIRED SKILLS Strong banking product knowledge in any or all of: global markets, trade finance, payments and credit products. Strong understanding of logical data models and other such formal systems. Significant experience with IT implementations such as data warehousing and decision support. Experience in using metadata management tools, e.g. Rational Rose, CA Erwin, Ascential MetaStage. Previous experience in participating in standards bodies would be an advantage.
