RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with BIM project owners and business leaders to understand and define long-term data sourcing requirements. Develop and execute a strategic plan spanning multiple projects to populate the WBDW. Collaborate with Head, Data Quality to design data quality processes and metrics. Collaborate with Head, Data Quality to conduct data acceptance tests (DAT). Develop and maintain a business-as-usual operational model in collaboration with Head, DW Operations. Recruit and sustain a data sourcing centre of excellence. Source additional team strength to manage project requirements as required. Provide resources to individual data sourcing projects. Estimated team size of 50, with indirect team members of another 50 60. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong banking product knowledge of global markets, trade finance, payments and credit products. Strong people manager with demonstrated ability to function well in a multi-cultural environment Significant experience in handling large multi-project programmes with complex interdependencies. Significant experience with IT implementations such as data warehousing and decision support.
