Job Summary: The Web Analytics Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing and managing cross-channel optimization for all Textron Portals and Websites. In addition the position is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by working closely with stakeholders to create, implement and manage detailed analytics strategies.Responsibilities: Ensure alignment between Textron BUs internet strategy and TIS technology strategy Oversee analytics strategies for Textron internal and external websites. Implement analytic tools and create cross-channel optimization Train business unit personnel in WebTrends development and Analytics. Work closely with Corporate Communications to create, implement and manage analytic strategies for Textron.com and ERIC portal. Work closely with User Experience manager to create metrics driven best user experience for all sites. Manage all projects to published schedule and ensure flawless execution of new sites and upgrades. Determine and address areas for usability improvement and increased user experience satisfaction Drive portal adoption and maintain metrics around usage and usability. Create and manage to three year strategic roadmap for portalsRequired Skills and Qualifications: Expert in Web Analytics Expert in Webtrends product suite (management and implementation) Strong knowledge of ERP/ CRM systems Strong knowledge of web fundamentals Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems Knowledge of Digital Asset Management Systems, Document Management Systems Knowledge of Fatwire Content Server strongly preferred Knowledge of Persuasive Marketing / Analytics Five or more years experience in leading analytics projects at Fortune 500 companies Experience with working with remote teams Experience with all standard web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, etc) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong commitment to Customer Service One or more years experience in providing technical support of web environments and applications Excellent project management skills Bachelors degree or related field experience is preferred Six Sigma Green/Black belt preferred
