Responsible for performance of Assigned Agency Managers Source good candidates for the position of Agency Manager Be a mentor to the assigned agency managers Ensure performance standards of recruitment , activisation , policies and premium are met by the assigned agency managers Be responsible for the market conduct of the assigned agency managers and the advisors in their team 2. Manage Direct Advisors Set goals for the Direct Advisors Assist them in Business Calls Ensure that business contribution from Direct Advisor`s team meets the set targets Be responsible for the market conduct of the Direct Advisors 3. Ensure implementation of activity based best practices among his/ her team of Agency Managers and Advisors Explain and establish the link between the Best Practices Activity based Action tracker and performance Be a guide during the implementation process Monitor the activities very closely. Take corrective actions based on feedback received 4.To help the Branch Head to maintain the right HR climate in the branch. Establish good working relationship with both the sales as well as support staff 5.To drive local sales promotion effort for his/ her team members Anticipate sales promotion opportunities in the area of operation and devise innovative promotional activity. 6.To promote a customer centric culture among his/ her team members Set personal example and through constant training, feedback and evaluation inculcate a customer friendly approach towards both internal and external clients. 7. To be administratively responsible for the branch unit during the absence of the Branch Head Be incharge of the administrative responsibilities as per the existing norms PERSON SPECIFICATION: Age: 30 to 35 Yrs. Sex: Either ESSENTIAL Preferable Basic Qualification Graduation in any discipline. Professional Qualification Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in business administration or marketing management.
