Qualification Should have completed Post Graduate degree in Management from reputed B School Should possess at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources function in a Telecom/IT / Banking/ Insurance/ financial services sector2. Special Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of organizational processes and HR trends Knowledge of best HR practices across organization Experience in managing people and cross-functional skills Familiarity with commercial terms and norms Ability to analyse data, interpret and disseminate information3. Key Competencies Analytical thinking Concern for Quality Customer Service Confidence and Commitment Teamwork and Co-operation Interpersonal Sensitivity Developing People Impact and Influence Negotiation skillsJOB ROLE Key Accountabilities1. Strategic/ Policy Understand and internalise management vision of desired organisational performance Enhance customer focus across the group Build a thorough knowledge of functional aspects of business and develops a plan to service internal customers Perform, as a single-point contact for HR needs of all internal customers Deploy robust HR processes and systems Integrate Global HR processes and systems as appropriate Implement strategy for attracting, retaining and motivating talent Manage time keeping and leave records of staff2. Operational Plan Understand people requirements from internal customers across the organisation Obtain workforce requirements from internal business units Attract calibre professionals through robust recruitment, selection and hiring processes Develop compensation and benefit programs designed to attract and retain employees. Manage deployment Develop and implement a robust induction and integration process for new hires. Deploy people in accordance with identified skill gaps across the organisation. Implement the exit process for employees across the organisation. Develop and train Co-ordinate with functional representatives to complete performance management process Consolidate performance appraisal results and communicate decisions on career progression, performance and reward to employees Develop and deploy a robust career and succession planning system. Coach and mentor key personnel within the organisation. Demonstrate and promote global values across all interaction.Evaluate and reward Develop and deploy a SMART goal setting and feedback process Facilitate career progression decisions Compute compensation levels, including increments and allowances Manage compensation queries and decisions across the organisation.3. People Appraise performance on the achievement of targets against predefined objectives and recommends career progression decisions Motivate and retain key personnel Actively focus on subordinate development within the function Demonstrate and promote global value system and Leaders behaviors across all interactions4. Financial Meet expense budget targets for the function Focus on effectiveness of policy and process decisions from a cost perspective5. Technology Plan system requirements for the HR function along with the information technology function
