Roles and Responsibilities:* Planning, deigning, strategizing and executing activities for end to end recruitments at various level by understanding the requirement, resource availability in the market and by allocating work to the team based on their competency and strength.* Designing the complete Job Descriptions and Job Specifications as a part of the flawless recruitment process including proper KSA mapping and organizational mapping.* Designing and implementing the full-fledged Recruitment systems and process for the client organizations on an assignment basis.* Maintaining complete recruitment MIS* Constantly interact with Heads of Departments in India and other locations to finalize manpower requirementsKey Skills Required:* 7+ Years of experience in hardcore recruitment in IT/ITES industry* Experience in search, selection and recruitment across functions in IT/ITES Industry.* Experience in Handling mass recruitments and multiple position hiring at all levels (from junior to senior management) and across technology platforms.* Strong exposure to various recruitment tools like advertisement processing, database search, head hunting, cold calling, coordination with placement consultants, internet search, recruitment trips across country.* Excellent team handling skills and ability to work under pressure.
