Conceptualize and implement sales plan and sales promotion plan for Direct Marketing Channel. Lead a team of 60 FSC to drive and implement the sales plan. Position would also have 4 FSM reportees each leading a team of about 15 FSCDevelop strategies on Lead Fulfillment.Ensure marketing of the best value proposition Track market intelligenceOverall responsibility of managing the team for the given area. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation and retention of FSC.
