Account Manager/ ExecutiveResponsibilities Provide hands on production leadership to Web development team members to insure projects achieve desired budget, timeframe and deliverable expectations. Work with clients, managers, sales people, developers and designers to translate client business needs and technology expectations into websites. Supervise projects through our defined production process and assist in creation of project documents. Communicate regularly with clients as to project progress via phone, email and project Intranets as well as field complaints and compliments from clients and partners. Ensure quality of our process and product. Juggle multiple tasks, projects, competing goals, events, plans, schedules and budgets to insure smoothest running of projects. Requirements This position requires extensive technical knowledge internet and web design and development technologies Minimum three (3) years production and/or customer service experience, preferably in a Web development or technical environment. Strong overall analytical skills and demonstrated success creatively solving problems. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio and development of Excel spreadsheets. A four year technical college degree, preferably with MBA A high level of enthusiasm, strong initiative and consistent ENERGY. You must be a very friendly person always on and be able to stay cool under pressure. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Exceed goals in a No Excuses environment. Be consistently dependable. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills as well as a team-player attitude are essential to this position. You must be client-oriented and able to display a constant awareness of business objectives and the capacity to consistently meet goals.
