Desired experience # Communications Specialist (CS) 1) It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 6-8 years experience in corporate communications marketing, HR, public relations/ journalism with a demonstrated record of achieving results. Experienced in on-line communications such as intranet. 2) Worked on web communications (experience with design/web languages a plus).3) Should be an American preferably and willing to be team player. 4) Should be grammatically strong. # Non Technical Skills: Experience has shown that successful people in this role will be able to: 1) Be proactive with planning and execution; 2) Collaborate with colleagues over a diverse region and covering diverse cultures; 3) Work with teams, a strong team player 4) Display self initiative, be proactive with learning the IRL business and regularly engage with leaders/ teams to develop materials for internal and external communication 5) Have excellent English writing and speaking skills. 6) Have the ability to influence at senior level staff Desired skills corporate communications English: Fluent
