Engineer Operations & Customer Support
For making out bound call to the existing customers/subscribers of banks and telecom companies for collection of dues. Persuading the customer`s tactfully for making quick payments. He/She should have good communication skills in Hindi and English and good convincing ability. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
