Hi All,

Here is the step four:

Step #4: Are Your Values Being Met?

Once you know your most important values in life, the second step is to determine whether or not they are currently be satisfied in your daily life.

For instance, if adventure ranked high on your list, how strongly do you feel that value is being met on a regular basis? Do you often engage in activities that leave your heart pounding and mind racing?

To make it easier for you to gauge how strongly each of your values are being satisfied, write a number between one and ten next to each of your high-priority values, one if it is going completely unmet and ten if the value play a vital role in your life.

With these pieces in place, you're ready to take the final step.
