Mechanical Assembly engineer
Reading assembly drawings and doing/ monitoring assembly of customized components (SPM fixtures would be good). Understand machine sequence and integrate pneumatics, motors etc . Oversee integration of mechanical with controls (sensors, control panel etc).Testing of machine against validation plan. Troubleshooting at first level and then with the inputs from design engineer. Trial run and trouble shooting until approval from quality dept and customer
