1. Lead technical-oriented packaging material development projects for new and existing products2. Packaging Material specifications author3. Organise laboratory, line, machinability, shelf life, distribution, storage, handling, and actual transport tests and evaluates acceptability of new packaging materials 4. Conducts systematic evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of existing product concepts and formulate measures5. Imparts training to the quality Assurance and production technicians at the Factories and co-packers for testing and monitoring of packaging materials6. Conducts periodic audits and evaluate actual performances of packaging materials7. Conducts problem analysis / investigation and formulates solutions and plan of actions in connection with packaging related issues
