Job Profile: Data fixation including HVAC design duty parameters and calculation of head loads to determine required capacity and type of AC required. Prepare concept designs and design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis. Prepare BOQ, cost benefit analysis, tech specs and tender documents. Assist clients in tender evaluation and vendor selection. Guide HVAC draughtsman for detailed design work including preparation of working drawings. Co-ordinate with utility, electrical design groups, project managers and clients for completion of coordinated services drawings. Timely completion of projects including testing and handing over of HVAC systems and AS-Built drawings. Technical Skill Set Required: Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Field visits, writing reports and performing research. Able to produce detailed and accurate work Good in costing and cost analysis Logical analysis of problemsBehavioral Skill Set Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player Practical and Creative Able to accept responsibility Able to work without supervisionFunctional Skills Set Required: Basic knowledge of Auto CAD Optimize design for project completion at competitive costs. Improve productivity and efficiency to complete design work at 10% lower than allocated man hours.. Keep internal and external customers satisfied. Knowledge of laws and statutory compliances. Interest in design and development.
