Candidate Profile Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Should have experience in automobile assembly, testing, quality knowledge related to automobile, assembly procedure, line balancing Should have experience in QMS and EM procedures, etc Knowledge on lean practice, 7QC tools, inventory, Kanban, Kaizen are must Should have had hands on experience in people management (especially Blue Collars). Should be conversant in Kannada, Tamil and English Excellent communication, team player, self driving, high initiative POSITION DETAILS Manage all off-line activities of Trucks and Buses that are rolled out of the assembly line. Provide technical problem solving guidance to Retro and GOK (PDI) personnel. Problem solving skills on truck / bus product systems (transmission / mechanical / electrical / microprocessor) Ability to quickly reach the root-cause of the problem Lead 7 Coach the problem solving skills to the members of the team. Primary and secondary data analysis (GOK and PA Data) for feedback to download processes. Good leadership abilities to take care of team size of 35 Blue Collar Employees.
