Plan and Direct all structural Engineering functions supporting bid and contract execution including maintenance of standards,designs and layout generation of manufacturing and erection drawings,and the preparation and the management of Structural material requisitions.Manage the achievements of all deliverables in accordance with the schedule commitments,contract requirements,quality standards,man-hour estimates and business performance objectives including control of project changes.Oversee Quality,cost and on-time delivery of ourtsources structural components and subcontracted engineering deliverables through integrated coordination with manufacturers and suppliersEnsure an overall quality engineered product minimizing variances from as-sold estimates through collaboration and integration with Project Engineering and other functional engineering operations.Provide technical representation with customers,partners,suppliers.Oversee establishment and implementation of engineering philosophies,parameters and procedures goverinig structural engineering,including compliance with National and International Codes.Influence business competitveness through Total Quality,Cost Reduction,Product development,Process improvement and automation initatives.Provide resource planning and staffing management aligned with short and long-term needs of business unit.Conduct the selection and assignment of department resources,providing effective motivation,development,assessment and recognition of employees
