Default Work Shop Engineer (construction Equipment)

Experience: Around 10-15 years of relevant experience. Must have experience of handling the day-to-day activities of a large size construction equipment repair workshop. Must have experience of controlling pool of technicians, fleet vehicles and other service facilities. Must be able to allocate resources in an optimal manner, leading a team of technicians, providing guidance both in terms of process/tool requirements and be able to devise special processes/tools to troubleshoot a complex problem. Must be able to plan major repairs in an optimal manner and devise process planning for major repairs/refurbishment jobs. Must be able to implement quality checks at each stage of repairs. Previous experience of managing workshop using IT tools like SAP/Maximo etc will be quite desirable. Must be familiar with monitoring and improvising upon the workshop productivity and efficiency.
