PROJECT MANAGER - CIVIL Education: B.E. in Civil Experience: 3 - 5 years of Experience Job Responsibilities: To Execute Site Work and Manage Contract, preferably Fire Fighting, Plumbing And Sanitary Installations Professional Skills Arranging all resources for the project through interaction with Heads of Dept.Co-ordination with all the agencies, with all the Resources for the Project through interaction with all the departments like Architect, Structural , Legal, Interiors, Land purchase and clients for Perfect time deliveryGood Negotiation skills -Understanding and Evaluating risks, Risk mitigation at Tendering stage.Overall Experience and knowledge about getting clearances for execution and co-ordination with all depts - civil, structures, MEP, Fire fighting, Sewerage board, Environmental, Airport authority, BSNL, of India,etc.Prepare the Project Schedule with planning software for Milestone Achievement.Prepare and refine cash flows that are in line with company business plan.Innovate and reduce the cost without cutting down on quality.Site review for checking conformance with technical specifications, schedules and budget.Weekly tracking to control on Cost and Time up to project finishing.To device daily program to the Subordinates and ensure the desired Output is produced as per schedule.Execute modifications as per working drawings and job order.Monitoring the cost and progress in totality.Monitor and ensure all methodology is correct and as per standards.Certify the Contractor bills and forward it to Management.Monitor and ensure safety at site.Good labor management skill to guide and solve the problem areas.Planning of resources like Money, Material, Machineries, Man power.Establishing the construction methods and Resources requirements for any project.External Industrial Relationship with Clients.Maintain the documents for IS0.00mm; IS-14001, OSHAS-18001.
