Responsible for over all PC Service Operations. Monitoring performance of PC Service Operations.Co-ordinate with the Supplier for Warranty policies and response time.Responsible for over outdoor PC Service Operations.PC parts Buffer Management.Technical Guidance to the Service Engineers.Keep himself aware on New Product Specifications. Coordinate with sales Team and Distributor/Dealer to resolve any pending issuse.Policies implementation at service Centers.Escalation of pending issue to the HOD regularly.
