An Agency Manager would -Recruit Insurance Advisors for his / her team. -Sell our Insurance Products. -Support, train, handhold his / her team of Advisors. -Keep his / team active and productive. Salary Package : Rs 2.54 Lakhs(P A) + the best incentives in the industry. - The person should be 25-35 years of age. -A graduate in any discipline, -Preferably additionally qualified in Marketing/Sales. -Sales experience from any industry like Pharma, FMCG,Consumer Durable,DirecSales,Channel Sales,Concept Sales,Industrial Products etc. -Minimum 3-4 years of experience of which at least 2 years of managing the team. -He/she should be good in oral/written communication. -Candidate's current gross CTC should be over 1.50 lacs p.a. -SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT OF THE SAME CITY FOR LAST THREE YEARS ATLEAST. -Do not want candidates from Life Insurance Co.,Financial sector (with DST/DSA).
