Job Profile: To recruit the advisor's on commission basis,train them and generate business from them. You will have to recruit only 2 advisors in a monthJob Specification: MBA in Finance/Mktg with 1-5 yrs experience in sales. Graduate with minimum 2 yrs, experience in sales. Good academic record. Experience of sales in a Financial services industry would be an added advantage. A consistently good record in sales or sales management role with potential for leading others. Past record of motivating others towards achievement of ambitious targets and attaining higher levels of performance will be an added advantage. Strong Leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others. knowledge of the market place. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Requirements:Must be in Delhi for past 4 yearsMust have strong network in Delhi/NCrMust have his/her own conveyance
