MBA with HR specialization preferably from TISS/XLRI/Symbiosis/XIMB/XISS Exp: 15 yrs and above The incumbent will support both Business Units for sourcing talent, Training and Development, implementation of HR policies, Performance Management, Compensation Management etc. Since the Railways Business Unit is a new business area, he/she will be involved in understanding the intricacies of HR pertaining to this business, for guiding policy implementation.
