Manage payables and cash section (in particular the imports creditors) by monitoring all transactions, vendor accounts and payments.Liaise with bankers for bill discounting, LCs, bank guarantees and other day-to-day banking activities. Ensure high standards of financial controls with regards to physical verification of company's assets (Cash, Stocks and Fixed assets). Provide summary inputs to GM Finance on the outcome of physical verification process and ensure completion of agreed actions.Monthly General ledger scrutiny and preparation of balance sheet schedules.Independent handling of monthly, quarterly and annual Indian and International reporting requirements.To prepare the Fixed Cost Report and Analysis by cost-centre and expense-head level on a monthly basis as well as to support the day-to-day queries by all functions on their operating costs. To efficiently handle monthly Capex reporting and monitoringTo efficiently handle the activities relating to periodic accounts closing and ensure compliance with reporting requirements of Companies Act, Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax provisions and Group Finance. To undertake half yearly reconciliation of Vendor ledger and ensure vendor sign-offs.Ensure thorough documentation of all international related party payment transactions.Statutory compliance with regards to the TDS and FBT provisions.To support Accounts Manager in taking appropriate foreign exchange covers for international transactions.To support Accounts Manager in the annual budgeting process for fixed costs and Capex.Periodically update the business team with relevant MIS reports.Contact Person : PrathibaContact No. :
