Key highlights of the positions:- Work closely with the leaders in finance group in the US.- Analyze financial data/ reports and provide information/recommendations to provide critical decision support for senior leaders- Undertake basic financial modeling like trend analysis, project based CBA etc. to drive continuous performance improvements in the service delivery organization- Excellent work environment and merit based growth- Locations Gurgaon The incumbent should have:- Academic background (preferably a CA / MBA - Finance) with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Strong MS excel, MS Access and basic MS PowerPoint skills are a prerequisite.- 1-2 years of post qualification experience would be preferred.- Knowledge of financial products and concepts (Insurance, Asset management, annuities, etc) and BPO industry would be advantageous.- Candidates should have excellent communication skills would be required to liaise frequently with US counterparts.- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills in the past.Location: GurgaonTimings- 2 PM to 10:30 PM
