- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for various organization supported by AIM (e.g. Retail marketing, Auto and Home, Bank, Financial planning etc)- Prepare monthly internal management reports for AIM- Use and maintain the AIMs enterprise-wide strategic reporting solution- Perform a multi-dimensional analysis involving analyzing large data sets to calculate and report the trends / outcomes as metrics, which will translate into key business knowledge for our partners.- Support AIMs Decision Intelligence (DI) application which focuses on strategic decision-making business intelligence (BI) using Actuate software.- Integrate reporting with predictive capabilities to deliver truly actionable information and promote forward-thinking decisionsKey Deliverables:- Dashboard containing key performance metrics in several key areas.- Use an in-house developed enterprise-wide strategic reporting solution for decision makers to track, manage and evaluate the metrics that are critical to their business- Ad-hoc reporting support to AIM as well as supported business partners.Qualifications:- BBA / MBA/ CA with a strong technical background.- BCA / MCA / with a MIS or reporting background- Excellent PC skills utilizing MS-Office, particularly Excel and Access- Prior experience in using Actuate and/or Axiom will be a strong plus.- Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise independently with senior US counterparts on a variety of business deliverables / projects- Relevant experience of 1-4 years, involving MIS, reporting, handling data etc
