Job Responsibilities:- Give critical support to the modeling team by structuring queries to pull data for various factors and combinations that are being considered by them while executing large scale marketing campaigns (for e.g. pulling data relating to millions of prospects/customers, data relating to many different products, performance metrics for multiple communication channels, financial costs data relating to budget, business constraints and contractual obligations)- Support reporting function by pulling specific data required by their reports- Support ad-hoc requests given by various AIM teams which may involve pulling data from various sources and collate them in a structured manner.- Data cleaning, eliminating redundancy, controlling for omissions, duplications and other errors using techniques like hash totals, check totals etc- Automate repeated data requests by building and maintaining databases Key Deliverables:- Data Management:a. Data pulls and collation for modeling and targeting teamb. Data pulls and collation for reporting teamc. Ad-hoc Data pulls for various AIM teams / business partners requests- End-to-end Data Management involving Data extraction, cleaning, quality checking and collating to prepare understandable data sets.- Build and maintain databases as required to house the varied data.Qualifications:- BCA / MCA / with a MIS or Data extraction / management background- B.Tech / M.Tech with a MIS or Data extraction / management background- Excellent PC skills utilizing MS-Office, particularly Excel and Access.- Experience in writing queries in various tools like Access, SQL, SAS etc- Prior experience in using Actuate and/or Axiom will be a strong plus.- Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise independently with senior US counterparts on a variety of business deliverables / projects- Relevant experience of 1-4 years, in Data management as described above.
