Being part of the Compliance Group, the candidate would be responsible for ensuring a framework for regulatory compliance with respect to the business/operations units entrusted. The job, inter alia, involves exposure to international regulatory framework, regulatory reporting and periodic interactions with the compliance officers of the overseas locations etc. Drive for results (finding solutions to problems despite constraints, setting priorities, setting high performance standards) Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to influence (using data and logic to convince others, articulation with conviction, understanding the impact of ones behavior on others) Analytical thinking (evaluating pros and cons, identifying key issues in complex problems/assignments) Team effectiveness (sharing knowledge/information relevant to other team members)
