The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors in an assigned location. To identify potential advisors (Insurance agents) and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan. To provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team; provide feedback on advisors performance, particularly those with less experience (Mentor Role) To set targets for advisors, review these and consistently raise them. Knowledge of Local language is essential. The candidate should be LOCAL only- and should be staying in the location for last 5 years. Aptitude for sales and Achievement orientation Ability to motivate people and team driving capability Good networking skills to drive and generate the leads and recruit influential advisors Interested Candidate Contact : -
