Job Description: 1. To recruit financial advisors and make a team who can promote insurance package to customers in field.2. Train the Financial Advisor for sales and motivate them and get the business from them.3. Financial Advisor will not be paid fix salary they will be working under him/her on commission basis.(Commission is very high)4. If necessary he/she has to go into field to help his/her advisor.Eligibility 1. Should be coming from a good family background.2. Excellent social contacts.3. Matured with good communication skills.4. Any industry, with 1.5 years experience in Direct Marketing (Need not necessarily be from a well known brand).5. Should have infinite hunger to make big money (as Insurance industry thrives on huge incentives).6. Should be a minimum of Graduate7. Age limit minimum 25 years till 35 years.8. Should have good communication and presentable.
