Job Description Perform successive tests on all types of educational training software and courses, ultimately proving that they are ready for customer use Deliver test results in a timely manner to project leads utilizing specific guidelines applicable for testing Ensure that all eLearning courses are ready for internal and external viewing Proofread educational software and courses verifying that the format and text follows specific IBM style guide standards, when needed.ocument and update all scripts needed for testing Assist in creating and updating Best Practices for eLearning testing processes Attend and support test-scheduling meetings on a regular basis Monitor and update test schedule accordingly so testing needs are met Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to the course project plan as per the customers needs and requests, as well as educating the customer about programs and tools that make the course better or more cost effective Ability to incorporate methodology in the testing process to validate and accurately measure learner contact hours of eLearning courses Support L and K team by providing procedures for end-user testing, validating, and verification of specific eLearning features that reflect these characteristics Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Post Graduation-MCA/PGDCA, ME/M.Tect/Graduates of 16th years Should have a 5+ experience in IT Industry. Ability to identify areas of integration with other functions. Proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving and crisis management skills.
