Relationship Managers- Mutual Funds
Marketing of financial products (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, IPOs and other wealth management products ) Drive business by acquiring PCG / HNI / Corporate clients Acquiring new clients and advising on their long term and short term investments Assist clients in financial planning, maintain / advise client on personal portfolio Building and maintaining relationships Ensure all performance standards are met viz. business targets, expansion of internal and external relationships, drive sales, implement strategies to grow market share, monitor and evaluate performance of self and team, obtain and analyse market intelligence Identify and implement ways to improve performance Prepare periodic MIS, market feedback reports and report to HO. Identify new tie-ups and explore business opportunity. Desired Profile : MBA / Graduates AMFI / IRDA qualification will be an added Advantage. 3-7 Years experience in the area of Sales and Marketing preferably in Financial / Banking Products Proven Experience in sales and client focus Effective leadership and interpersonal skills Persuasiveness Capable to analyse data and able to understand market dynamics Effective communication skills Fluency in one local language of the chosen place will be an added advantage Strong Relationship and influencing skills Good leadership and administrative qualities Result Orientation and Process Focused
