This roles are part of team responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of in-house CRM and billing system.MUST:Candidates must have proven competency using the following tools or products:Informix 4GL/SQL and Stored Procedure experience essential (Minimum 2-3 Years recent solid experience)Understanding of Relational Database Schema Design and ImplementationDevelopment experience on UnixPerl and Shell scripting exposure an advantage.Debugging, Compiling and Source Code controlMicrosoft Windows (Desktop versions 2000 and XP, Server Versions NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003)Formal IT or Computer Science qualifications are desirable, but relevant experience is of greater importance.Typical Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in database applications, programming and supportMinimum 3 years experience in Analysis and Design in a client/server environmentDeveloping on HP-UNIX (Microsoft Server platforms an advantage)Without working/coding experince of any of the skills - please do not apply The key drivers for this role:Understanding of the Telecommunications businessUnderstanding or experience with CRM and Billing Systems.Good written and verbal communications skills. Focused on and committed to deadlines, while maintaining quality and following the documentation and control processes requiredAbility to translate business requirements into easily understood high level designs that can be de-composed into low-level detailed specificationsPrimary Duties;Collaborate with business analysts, business representatives and other IT staff to provide relevant analysis and design support for proposed software developmentsDevelop High Level and Detailed design documentsCreate, modify and maintain applications as directedCollaborate with support teams to investigate and resolve application problemsThe candidate must have above 60% thru out the career including 10 and 12 standards.
