Plan for new hires and ensure timely hiring Understand process metrics and ensure CTQs are met by the team Publish MIS/ Dashboard reports regularly to customers and leadership Manage a team of 50-70 FTEs -Set goals for the team, Conduct annual performance review and provide regular feedbacks, drive retention Manage customer expectations - Set up a communication rhythm with the clients, send reports according to the agreed method, communicate necessary infoExperience: 6-10 yrs exp after GraduationShould be in People management role for at least 4 yrs having Assistant Managers and Team Leaders reporting to him.Must have experience in Insurance/ HealthCare/ Motor Claims/ Property and Casualty Process.
