Validating initial prioritization of RFC(s) Identifying potential Urgent Changes and adhering Urgent Change Process Apprvoing acceptable Minor Changes Getting approval of Significant and Major Changes Coordinating with Global Change Manager for CAB or Senior Management review Coordinating with all necessary parties to coordinate Change building, testing and implementation (Manage Implementation) Updating the Change log with all progress Reviewing implemented Changes to ensure they have me t their objectives Reviewing outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or awaiting action Understanding of all levels of testing Manage the Go/No Go decisions and the underpinning change acceptance Criteria.
