Asset management company Threadneedle has signed a new deal with IT outsourcer LogicaCMG for a fully managed payroll and outsourced HR administration service. The HR outsourcing project aims to provide a one-stop shop for key transactional processing and employee inquiries around payroll. The transition also aims to free up the company’s HR business partners to focus on serving broader HR and the more strategic needs of the business. Richard Fuller, HR director at Threadneedle, said: “Our employees are key to our success, and LogicaCMG’s outsourced HR service allows our HR business partners to focus on more strategic and value-added activities.” Patricia Taylor, director of LogicaCMG’s HR and payroll business in the UK, added: “The implementation of the integrated HR administration outsourced service is testament to the solid working relationship we have built with Threadneedle over the past two years.”
