Dear Members,

Great day!!

I would like to start this discussion with an openion that, Your openions will help the budding HR to learn more and develop the required skill set to meet the current industry standards and also to make sure that HR people are ready to face future challenges by aquiring required skills and knowledge required to perform well in job.

Please list down the best qualities and skills that companies are looking in a HR person:
