Question Knowledge Management Theory

Hi,

Is it really possible for an organization to make sure that knowledge is transferred to within the organization when people reshuffle? Up to what extent the theory of tacit and explicit knowledge is effective?

Your ideas please.

Knowledge Management Theory

5 basic fundamentals to follow.

1. Management to include all criterias and major changes in KMT.
2. All major changes to be properly co-rodinated and channelled to all sectors of the orgination.
3. A management reshuffle protocol with its KMT policy to be implemented and reviewed on regular basis.
4. All thoery and knowledge should be in alignment with current KMT change.
5. A KMT follow up program to be implemented and adhered.
