Talent search specialist Kenexa has acquired Munich-based HRC Human Resources Consulting for an undisclosed fee. HRC Human Resources Consulting is a consultancy supplying business-oriented employee surveys in German-speaking countries. The acquisition will enable Kenexa to accelerate its growth in Europe and to boost its proprietary content for its current survey and performance management offering. Rudy Karsan, chief executive officer at Kenexa said: "We're delighted to welcome HRC to the Kenexa family.
