NATURE AND NURTURE... The Royal Botanic Gardens is looking for a new HR chief to help its staff bloom. The scientific and educational organisation attracts more than one million visitors each year. But the job comes with a health warning: whoever gets the role could be responsible for nurturing the next Alan Titchmarsh.
