Default Royal Botanic Gardens to recruit new HR chief

NATURE AND NURTURE... The Royal Botanic Gardens is looking for a new HR chief to help its staff bloom. The scientific and educational organisation attracts more than one million visitors each year. Its origins as a botanic garden can be traced back to 1759, and the collection of 40,000 different kinds of plants is the largest and most diverse in the world. The £50,000-a-year public sector role comes with a generous benefits package and is based in the stunning surroundings of Kew Gardens in west London. But the job comes with a health warning: whoever gets the role could be responsible for nurturing the next Alan Titchmarsh.
