Complete all recruitment in a timely fashion whilst providing a high standard of HR service to the applicant. Screening of the profile from different job portals, Communicating the job details and understanding their area of specialization and interest Negotiating both way to company and candidate in mutually beneficial goals Taking first round to Interview Ensures that all HR principals are used for every position handled. Works to complete full recruitment cycle with no errors. Communicate with Team Managers as necessary on issues that needs attention or assistance. Complete assigned additional tasks in a timely fashion as required. Complete any required paper work relating to recruitment using resources provided. Maintain a tidy and organized workstation at all times. Work as part of a team in a friendly and happy environment. Works within the Company Values, Purpose, Vision and Goals.
