Manager/senior Manager - Human Resource
Job: To actively assist Divisional Head in all aspects relating to HR management. Recruitment, Training and Retention will be key focus areas. To play an active role in closely coordinating with the departments for effective implementation of HRD policies. To provide inputs in framing HRD policies and suggest modifications to improve their effectiveness. To be fully involved in all the administrative functions and staff welfare activities. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Personnel Management or MSW from reputed institutions. Age: Around 35 years Experience: Around 15 years experience in HRD functions in large organizations, of which at least 5 years in a senior position. Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills and exposure to good HR practices essential.
